Hello, I could really use some help. So i bought a refurbished galaxy s3 on ebay. It is a net10 specific phone and runs off sprint towers. I called net10 to activate it and it worked. I was able to make a couple calls and a txt. then all the sudden it stopped working. and said i need to activate the phone. So i called back spent another hour on the phone. They gave me a new number, but i asked to go back to my orignal number from my old phone. instead they gave me the first number they issued me. Told me to dial ##77286# and update plr and profile. I did this but PRL and profile wont update. Ive tried on WIfi, no wifi just data. With LTE, and with only cmda. Still wont update to activate. Net10 customer service says they cant help me until i update those.
I was wondering if i flashed a new rom or something if i could could manually update these? Im sick on spending hours on the phone with net10. Someone please help. Thanks so much?
