[Q] Cannot enable/turn on WiFi on S4 GT-I9505

Hi.



Long story short. Cannot enable/turn on WiFi on S4 GT-I9505. Firmware updated to the latest, i.e. 4.4.2



Locked to EE.



No message turn up when trying to turn on WiFi.



Also, when trying to record a video, it says "Recording Failed"



I've tried re-flashing many times with various versions but no luck.



Please help me asap!!!
