Hello,
I got a HTC One M7 a year ago and I have a issue. I was going to update to Android 5.0 Lollipop, but, in the middle of the update, it failed the update and then it rebooted which showed a "red triangle". I tried using factory resets and wiping caches. I also tried connecting the phone to a Linux PC and a Windows PC, none of which showed the phone up, and on Windows the phone was not seen in the Device Manager. I don't have warranty on the phone so I can't get it fixed for free, and T-Mobile wouldn't fix it, even tried the chat line on HTC, their methods didn't help. And since the phone has a non-working OS now, I can't enable USB Debugging. Also I don't have root, boot-loader is locked, and i have S-ON.
Please help!
